Much communication among Board members is done by email and Board members are expected to weigh in on discussions, if possible. What’s involved, you ask? A meeting once a month, currently set for the 3rd Tuesdays of each month, for 10 months of the year (no meeting in December and usually one skipped in Summer). Address email letters to: Letters will be received until Friday, May 17. Letters of Interest should contain information about qualifications and experience to serve on the Board. Past community or non-profit involvement and/or business experience is a plus.

And he has heeded the call twice to serve on the Board, for a total of 5 1/2 years. Marc has been a resident since the beginning of Glenwood Green, back in 2001.

We are sad to see him go but happy for his new life adventure. He has sold his unit and will be moving away. Glad/Sad News: Marc Bearden, currently serving on the HOA Board, has tendered his resignation. You are also welcome to contact any Board member in advance of the meeting to place an item on the agenda, of course! As always, the Board appreciates your participation. We may be able to answer it at that time or may defer it to a committee or for further study. Since the Board’s function is to conduct the business of the HOA and there is always a long agenda, we ask you limit your comments to 3 minutes. Public Comments at the Board Meetings: FYI, we allow time at the beginning of each meeting for any owner in the audience to address the Board with items of interest or concern. The agenda for the meeting will be posted a few days before the meeting. Next meeting of the GG HOA Board is Tuesday, May 21 at 6:30 pm in the Clubhouse.
